Mumbles women's head. ⛵🌊
. . .

The sisters were the daughters of Mumbles, Abraham's Ace. They were two "ordinary" yet "unusual" young women who, in 1883, feared their lives in trying to rescue members of the Lifeboat, Wolverhampton. The lifeboat went out early in the morning at Great Storm & # 39; Saturday 27 January 1883, to assist 885 tons of birch, Admiral Prinz Adalbert Danzig, Germany, when she was angry at Mumbles Head's outer island and was broken down below the lighthouse.
