Do not hate me for what I'm going to say (I'm just being true to me) … so here's the truth sometimes – I found this great definition of benourished.org (must give credit), this is an approach me recently and I've found myself eating and feeling better !! As I said in the previous post, I hug my cell, some women call it "lines" I call it for what it is, bc I'm just very clean and true to me! if I'm not myself then? I looked at reality and I'm fine by calling it fat and not curling (sorry ladies but not very sorry), each body has lines even thin ladies .. heck A man has a graph, what are we 2 dimensional ?! and we also need some fat and I'm something that makes me beautiful and increases the beauty of ME. 🤷🏻♀️ The reason why I do this "eating a nutritionally healthy" trip is because the disease for diabetes I'm under and I'm healthy is rich. But honestly I am unapologetically pleased with my fat, my milk fat and all my oats … yes no lines, let's keep it 1000% REAL 😂🤣😒 If you're happy, call it what it's (body fat, simple). And if you're not happy, do something to change it! Dassia.
